PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds finally has a proper Xbox One release date

It might be shedding mindshare as of late to its battle royale rival Fortnite, however PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds followers have some excellent news as we speak – the sport is lastly leaving the Xbox One early entry Recreation Preview program.

From September four, players will have the ability to get the sport in its so-called ‘gold’ state, alongside a 1.zero replace that may convey a brand new fast-paced Sanhok map with a dynamic climate system and new weapons.

A Battle Mode deathmatch can also be being launched, together with in-game microtransactions for cosmetics and the brand new Occasion Go, which unlocks delicate challenges inside the recreation.

Extra to return

Being a dwell, ever-evolving recreation, that will not be the final of the updates to return to the PUBG fray, with the 1.zero replace hopefully bringing extra synergy between the Xbox One and PC replace schedules.

On high of the complete launch information comes the introduction of a restricted version PUBG pad. The Xbox One controller options “unique set off grips”, and a digital camouflage design. It will likely be up for pre-order from Microsoft’s online store, and it ships in October for $69.99 (round £55, AU$95).
